Results - East District League at Camperdown Sat 18 Nov

Thanks to all Fife AC'rs young and old who turned out on a dreich, often wet Saturday to compete in the 2nd league meeting over an extremely muddy course at Camperdown, Dundee. We had representatives in u11, u13, u15 boys and Senior men while the girls/ladies ran in u13, u17 and Senior races.
Of particular note were good runs by u17 ladies Eliza Konig (8th) and Nellie Luxford (15th). In the Senior ladies race, it was indeed the "senior" veteran 'Fifey Wifies' who turned out and a fine performance from V40 Janet Dickson saw her finish 14th ahead of her three clubmates.
A grand turnout of 11 in the Senior mens' event, Lewis Rodgers had a strong run to finish 4th and backed up by new members Liam Hutson (19th) and Tom Gough (21st)with regulars Ben Kinninmonth (26th), Russell Hall (29th) and Kevin Wallace (42nd) making up the six counters, the team finished in a well earned 2nd place.
