CUPAR 5 MILE ROAD RACE - VOLUNTEERS' DUTIES

Grateful thanks to all who have volunteered to help on Saturday. Your duties are as follows:-

REGISTRATION: Margaret McLaren and Frank McLaren

STARTER: Ron Morrison

REFEREE: Ron Morrison

ASSISTANT REFEREE: Gary Barker

TIMING: Dharini Balasubramaniam, Ron Morrison

RECORDING: Doug Gunstone, Gary Barker

FUNNEL MANAGER: Ken Morris

FUNNEL MARSHAL: Jenny Morris

ROAD CLOSURES:
Race Turning Point - Louise Burt and Bill Fairmaner;
Start/Finish - Alan McLeod;
Road Intersections on Course - Janet Dickson and Melville Scobie; Derek Adamson and Hendrik van Rensburg.
We have a Temporary Traffic Restriction Order in place between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Those responsible for road closures should pick up the necessary signage from the YMCA/YWCA by around 1.00pm to allow yourselves to be in position in good time.

LEAD BIKE: Mike MacDonald

TAIL RUNNER: Margaret McLaren

All marshals should come to the YMCA/YWCA hall to pick up hi-vis vests, clipboards, etc, by around 1.00pm. (Mike, it would be perfectly acceptable if you could just be at the start by 2.00pm.)
