Track news in Courier

I saw the Press Release, not the article in the Courier.
My sense of fairness was badly put out of kilter on reading that one reason for not replacing the track in-situ was its proximity to the 3G pitch. Clearly the same consideration didn't apply when the 3G pitch was installed in the middle of track.
