The following line ups leave Tom H and Graham B on standby if needed: could you both bring your kit just in case, please.

I will register the teams in the following orders, and will collect numbers, so please just come out to the course and find me. The weather forecast is not bad at all, and rumour has it Olympian Andy Butchart is running for Central, so we all have a target!
