G'day Tourists.......please collect your number (in goody bag) tonight from by the Seashell Cafe where there is parking along the grass verge. The Seashell Cafe is approx half a mile along golf road from the Embankment car-park (near Golf Museum). The cafe will be open for drinks, etc....please support them as they are staying open late for us.

We will need to start dead on time at 7.30pm as high tide comes in at 9.29pm

Dave Francis and John Scott will be at the turning point. For any newcomers to West Sands....the sand does get rather soft around the point. When you have finished and have been recorded in the finishing funnel do jog back along the beach to encourage others......but please do not come too near finish line.
