2024 Midweek Series #1 - St Andrews (Craigtoun) 5 mile - Wed 17 Apr

The 2024 Midweek series will start with the St Andrews CCC (Craigtoun Country Chase) on Wednesday 17 April at 7 pm.
A 5 mile multi terrain race but primarily on the tarmac paths of the Dukes Golf Course. 'Enjoyed' by most competitors last year and seen as a challenging and scenic route.

Start & Finish: - at the Picnic Hut in Craigtoun Park (same venue as St And parkrun)

Open to:- all genders and age groups over 15 years of age.

Prizes:- First 3 in Senior Men/Open category and first 3 in Womens' race will be awarded on the night. Age category winners will receive their prize at the next midweek event. As usual, there will be prizes in the same categories for overall winners of the Midweek Series after the last race (best 4 out of 5 races to count.

Pre Entry:- Please pre enter on Line (see separate post on Bulletin Board). This assists enormously with the prompt posting of results - but pay on the night.

Entry Fee:- £4 for SA members / £6 for non SA members. Registration:- Open at 5.45pm at the Picnic Hut in Craigtoun Park. No changing facilities, come ready to run.

IN ADDITION......A 1mile race for children u11 and a 2 mile race for those 11-15 years of age will also be held - starting at 6.20. Same reporting instructions as above AND PLEASE PRE ENTER. NO entry fee.
