Fife AC Festival of Trail Running 2018

Unread post by Ron Morrison » Tue Aug 07, 2018 4:37 pm

Fife Athletic Club will be hosting its 5th Annual Festival of Trail Running on Sunday 2nd September 2018.

As in past years the Festival incorporates the Scottish Athletics Mid–Trail Championships. There are development races for U11s and U13s and Championship races for U15s, U17s and U20, Senior, O40, O50, O60, O70 age categories. There are also team championships for 1st 3 teams both male and female in U15 race (3 to count), U17 race (3 to count) and the combined U20/Senior/Masters race (4 to count) U20, Senior, O40, O50, O60, O70.

Fife AC also puts up individual monetary prizes.

Full details of the race and how to enter can be found on Entry Central at

Frank and I hope to see a large entry from Fife AC members for the event – that is why Club puts it on. In particular we would like to see the development races supported as well as the senior events.

What is the time for start of the senior/masters race on Sunday September 02, and also the "booking in" time at the hall in Falkland ?

Do we have to compete in teams? At present I do not have a team.

The Race Programme is on Entry Central, Tom. Your race starts at 2.00pm and you must collect your race number at Falkland Community Hall by 1.30pm (when declarations close). You compete for Fife AC. In your case, the first four Fife AC men to finish will constitute our team.
