SCOTTISH NATIONAL XC RELAY CHAMPS, Entries Closed

The NATIONAL CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS (incorporating Masters’s Relays) are being held once more at CUMBERNAULD PARK on SATURDAY, 25th OCTOBER 2014. Car parking and Changing are at Cumbernauld High School. The park is a walk of approx one mile from the school.

TIMETABLE:
12.30 pm - YOUNG FEMALES (3 x 2,500 metres) - Under-13's (born during 1/9/01 to 31/8/03), Under-15's (born during 1/9/99 to 31/8/01), and Under-17's (born during 1/9/97 to 31/8/99)
1.05 pm - YOUNG MALES (3 x 2,500 metres) - Under-13's (born during 1/9/01 to 31/8/03), Under-15's (born during 1/9/99 to 31/8/01), and Under-17's (born during 1/9/97 to 31/8/99)
1.40 pm - SENIOR/JUNIOR WOMEN (3 x 4,000 metres) (born before 1/9/97)
2.40 pm - SENIOR/JUNIOR MEN (4 x 4,000 metres) (born before 1/9/97)

The YOUNG FEMALES and YOUNG MALES teams must consist of:
1st LAP - an Under 13;
2nd LAP - an Under 15 or an Under 13; and
3rd LAP - an Under 17 or an Under 15.

MEN'S and WOMEN'S races incorporate Masters Championships with medals for the first three teams for Masters Men and Women. Masters Teams – Men and Women from 40 - age on day.
Also medals for 1st 3 teams for W50 and M50 – 3 laps for both Men and Women (3 x 4,000 metres).
