Ceres 8 Race Information and duties

It is only one week to go until the starting gun (or whistle) announces the start Ceres 8 road race, Tuesday 12th August 7.pm Ceres, Fife.
Can we ask (beg if necessary) for donations to the kitchen please so that we can make sure the real highlight of the evening, the post-race tea, is as fantastic as always.
Can we also say a huge thank you to all our regular, and new, helpers. We could not organise the race without you. With this in mind I have highlighted a few of the duties for the evening below. We are looking for more help so if you are free and available to help, please let myself or Hilary know. Or just come along on the night and we will put you to work :D

We also have the crack kitchen team of Ailsa, Val and Anne ably led by Mrs Bayne - expect great things!

Hi Lorraine, I plan to come along post work to run. The kids will try and bring some baking for the tea. What time do we need to register at , and where do we meet?
My daughters (club members ) are under 13 and were wondering if they would be allowed to enter a team in the 4x2 mile relay. Appreciate it if you don't want to have the extra stress of youngsters running but do you have a lower age limit?

David that is fine however, you, or another parent, will have to organise lifts to and from the relay points. We do not organise the teams nor the transport I'm afraid.

Great that you are running and hope you enjoy it.

We also have Innes and Pete Brycegirdle on the management team - superb.
