Timetable:
Under 11 Girls and Boys at 10.30am: distance approx. 1 mile
Under 13 Girls and Boys at 10.50am: distance approx. 1.5 miles
Everyone else at 11.15am: distance approx. 4.5 miles.
Races are over mixed terrain but, with a short stretch on tarmac, not suitable for spikes.
Parking is available in the "overflow" car park which is in close proximity to Cambo House with registration and limited changing facilities in the adjoining sheds.
Advisable to come changed and ready to run.

and Andy Wright for devising and setting the courses.Guests are more than welcome to come and take part but medals (first, second and third places) will only be awarded to members of Fife Athletic Club. There will be no entry fees charged for this event but any financial contributions from guest runners will be gratefully accepted.
