It is my intention to do the draw at the Boxing Day Handicap in Kirkcaldy. Any late entrants must post before 9.00am on Thursday.

Megan Crawford, Helen Sharpe, Amie McKimmie, Sophie Mullins and Jennifer Kibble are all targeting the London Marathon in April. They all have Championships entrant status and do not need to be in the Fife AC ballot.

If you want to join them in training please let me know and I will forward the training schedule.

I would be interested in seeing the training schedule? Does this apply to all abilties as I'm no where near that standard? It's maybe what I need to help me improve?
