I'll not be able to make the event, a late place has come up for my Coaching in Running Fitness assessment at Grangemouth on the same day, as this is a full day of practical & written tests I'll have to pull out of the race.

Hi everyone,

I would be very grateful if any of the runners listed below is/are now unavailable for the relays on Sunday - as soon as possible please, and certainly before 9pm on Thursday, (to give me time to rejig things). Please also check this thread again on Friday/Saturday for updates. IF I HAVE MISSED ANYBODY OUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Please arrive in good time on Sunday, to meet up with your teammates, discuss tactics, etc. Any problems, please let me know here or tel. 01334 450 286/ 07807097850. Let's hope for sunshine.

JUNIOR FEMALES

SENIOR WOMEN

Sorry, I'm not yet sure how best the teams will be formed, but the following squad will be sorted into 4 teams (of 3):

Jennifer C, Jennifer K, Laura, Sophie, Sandra, Margaret, Stephanie, Innes, Janet, Miriam, Kate, Halina

Perhaps I've missed previous posts if so I apologise but what time should we be there for junior race?

Timetable is on the opening post on this section. Ideally you would need to be there at 12 noon for the 12.30pm start.

Roger and all,

Sincere apologies from me as I can't make Sunday as I'll be on a train to Birmingham. I had it fixed in my mind that the event was on the Saturday and the penny didn't drop until you mentioned Sunday in your post that contained the teams. Sorry for the inconvenience.
