East District Cross Country Championships. FAC Teams

The EAST DISTRICT CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS (Incorporating Masters’s Relays) will take place at LIVINGSTON (Deans) on SUNDAY 13th OCTOBER 2013. Deans has been one of the most popular venues for cross-country in recent years - woodland, parkland, and open heath - and the relay-format welcomes all abilities and age categories from U13 up, so please sign up in this thread if you would like to run.
All teams have to be pre-entered, and all runners need to be up-to-date with SA membership (ie FAC membership).
The deadline for signing up will be midnight on Thursday 26th September.
The race timetable is:
JUNIOR FEMALES 12.30PM 3 X 2.5K (U13 FIRST LEG, U13 OR U15 SECOND LEG, U15 OR U17 THIRD LEG - SEE BELOW FOR DATES*)
JUNIOR MALES 1.05PM 3 X 2.5K (U13 FIRST LEG, U13 OR U15 SECOND LEG, U15 OR U17 THIRD LEG - SEE BELOW FOR DATES*)
SENIOR AND MASTER FEMALES (BORN BEFORE 1/9/96) 1.40PM 3 X 4K
SENIOR AND MASTER MALES (BORN BEFORE 1/9/96) 2.40PM 4 X 4K
*U13 1/9/00 to 31/8/02
U15 1/9/98 to 31/8/00
u17 1/9/96 to 31/8/98
The Senior races incorporate the Masters Championships. There will be a set of Masters gold, silver and bronze medals for both Men and Women.
Masters Teams' ages are confirmed at 40+ for men and women, age on the day.
Further information including Location Map and Course Map will be available on the Scottish Athletics website.
Please post your name and race category below, and we will sort out teams accordingly.
