Nothing this w/e. Plans to run Water Of Leith HM today had to be scrapped due to constant coughing over the last few days. Can't even do Parkrun today

Well done Stewart, yes Parkruns do count
As previously decided by the elder race junkies of eras long gone -
"all races count as long as they .. have an element of spirited running .. and have recorded results"
so Parkruns,triathlons,relays,orienteering,paarlaufs,duathlons,time-trials,etc. all count but still NOT bog-snorkling
I managed three in December ..

#43 - -27/Dec _ Cyclists v Runners,Caird Park
.. so only forty-three for 2015 but that's better than last year
