Message from Alistair for the 6.30pm Monday night training group in Kirkcaldy. Next Monday (27th May) meet at Balwearie High School car park at 6.30pm before heading off up by the golf course to do reps on the side road with the big dip. Important for those who normally meet in the Beveridge Park.
