Hi
The second SAL Match will be this Sunday, 19th May at Grangemouth.
There is a full programme of events and I need to know who wishes to take part as soon as possible. Some events are more popular than others and therefore we have to let the organisers know early.
Could those people that are interested please let me know.
Thanks
Dan Newman

Thanks to everyone that ran or helped today at Grangemouth. Irene Pennycook, Christine Logan and Ken Berry for bringing athletes through and Steve Doig for his input and advice. Alistair Robertson for providing us with the essential officiating criteria and David Low for managing to provide us with our third official and getting myself and Alistair back to Kirkcaldy.
Congratulations to our team of 800m runners for all achieving PB's and especially Bruce Millar for his first sub-2 minute 800m. Ben Logan was again in superb form with three great performances in Javelin, Shot and Discus.

Always something special about your first sub2 over 800m. Well done Bruce.
