NATIONAL CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS - ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED

Lindsays National Cross Country Championships will be held at Callendar Park, Falkirk FK1 1YR
on Saturday, 22nd February 2020.
All distances are equal for male and female age groups and, for the first time, it will be six to count for the Senior Women’s team race – in line with the Senior Men’s race.

11.53am Under 15 Boys (born during 01/09/04 to 31/08/06) (4 to count), 4.1km
12.15pm Under 17 Men (born during 01/09/02 to 31/08/04) (4 to count), 6.0km
12.20pm Under 17 Women (born during 01/09/02 to 31/08/04) (3 to count), 6.0km
12.55pm Senior Women (BORN BEFORE 01/09/99) (6 to count), 10km
1.50pm Under 20 Men (born during 01/09/99 to 31/08/02) (4 to count), 7.5km
1.55pm Under 20 Women (born during 01/09/99 to 31/08/02) (3 to count), 7.5km
2.30pm Senior Men (BORN BEFORE 01/09/99) (6 to count), 10km
