NATIONAL MASTERS CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS: ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED

The Lindsay's scottishathletics National Masters Cross Country Championships are on Saturday, 8th February 2020 at the McMaster Community Centre, Greenend Avenue, Johnstone PA5 0NB
Race timetable:
1.45pm (declarations close 1.15pm): Women (W40+) and Men M65 and over (age on race day) - 6,000m
2.30pm (declarations close 2.00pm): Men (over 40) up to M60 (age on race day) – 8,000m
Important Notes
(1) The Women’s race and the Men’s 65 and over race will be run together
(2) Teams are: Women 3 to score; Men 4 to score or 3 dependent on age
Team medals will be awarded for teams of 4 in the combined Men’s Age Groups M40, M45
Team medals will be awarded for teams of 3 in the combined Men’s Age Groups M50, M55, M60+
Team medals will be awarded for teams of 3 in the combined Women’s Age Groups W40, W45
Team medals will be awarded for teams of 3 in the combined Women’s Age Groups W50, W55, W60+
(3) Age category medals (1st, 2nd and 3rd) will be awarded in each age category regardless of number of athletes entering or competing.
(4) Club vests (Fife AC vest) must be worn.
(5) You must be a member of Fife Athletic Club (and, if your membership expires on 31 January 2020, you must renew your Fife AC membership by 15 January 2020)

Men: Bryce Aitken (M60), George Black (M80), James Hall (M40), Eddie Sanders (M70), Mel Scobie (M70), Tom Scott (M70), Paul Webb (M45)
