Can someone confirm the minimum age for runners on leg 1 and 4 please?

It's on the entry form - minimum age 15 on day of race for legs 1 and 4, minimum 17 for 2 and 3.

Thank you,it says u17 on entry form and not a specific age,that’s why I asked

Just checking if this question was resolved with respect to 'UKA Rule 141 S 4 UKA Supplement'? It's o page 80 of the current rulebook for reference?
