The EAST DISTRICT CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS (incorporating MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS) take place at DEANS COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL, EASTWOOD PARK, LIVINGSTON EH54 8PS on SATURDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2019
YOUNG FEMALES – RACE START 12 noon – 3 x 2,500m
Under 13: born during 1/9/2006 to 31/8/2008
Under 15: born during 1/9/2004 to 31/8/2006
Under 17: born during 1/9/2002 to 31/8/2004
YOUNG MALES – RACE START 12.35pm – 3 x 2,500m
Under 13: born during 1/9/2006 to 31/8/2008
Under 15: born during 1/9/2004 to 31/8/2006
Under 17: born during 1/9/2002 to 31/8/2004
SENIOR/JUNIOR + MASTERS WOMEN – RACE START 1.10pm – 3 x 4,000m
Senior/Junior: Born before 1/9/2002; Masters: from age 40 on race day
SENIOR/JUNIOR + MASTERS MEN – RACE START 2.10pm – 4 x 4,000m
Senior/Junior: Born before 1/9/2002; Masters: from age 40 on race day
Please Note:
The YOUNG ATHLETES teams must consist of:
1st LAP Under 13; 2nd LAP Under 15 or Under 13; 3rd LAP Under 17 or Under 15
District relays incorporate MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS (“Masters” are aged 40 and over for both Men and Women - age on the day). There will be a set of Masters gold, silver and bronze medals for both Men and Women.
You must be a paid-up member of Fife AC and club colours (ie club vest) must be worn. Further information, including location map and course map, will be available on the Scottish Athletics website.
