An enjoyable outing in cold, windy conditions. Thanks to Andy Wright and his good lady for their welcome 'apres run' hospitality.

The annual Kingsbarns training run took place on Wednesday evening and raised the grand total of £334 for Tushinde Children’s Trust for disadvantaged children in Nairobi, Kenya.

I am particularly grateful to a large number of Haddies who participated and, as always, gave generously, and for the help of several Fife AC members with setting out and clearing the course.
