NY marathon

Yesterday in New York Andrew Lemoncello finished third in 2.20.04 at the Armory indoor marathon on a 200-metre track after running for 23 miles with the leaders until a stitch sidelined him at 23 miles and he had to stop and stretch. The winner (12 years younger than Andrew) broke the world record in the doing - talk about mental strength! Now he’s off to Boston where he’s mentoring a whole bunch of competitors on Monday.
