Update to women's teams:

Amie Watt now can't run, so we are looking likely to have three complete senior teams. As the club has space for four teams, that means there is a spare team and we can use this either for seniors (4 to score) or vets (V40 or V50 - 3 to score). Jocelyn Scott (V60) is planning to run, which means we'd only need two more 50+ ladies for a V50 team (or 40+ ladies for a masters team)! So if your name is on the reserve list above and you are feeling energetic, do please post here or get in touch with me (Katie Jones) and I'll put you in a team. (NB. seniors also welcome!).

Further Senior Men's teams:

M50: Alan Gibson, Colin Brown, David Cowan

Senior Men: Owen Miller, Rick Booth, Steven Pennycook, to be confirmed

We need one more athlete to complete the final team: are there any volunteers?

Women's teams update:

There have been a few dropouts so we now need ONE veteran or TWO seniors to complete our teams! Please let me know if you fancy a thrilling run round Cumbernauld. :)

New Women's Team Lists

We now have two senior teams (4 runners) and one masters team (3 runners)

A. Halina Rees, Jen Spence, Jen Cruickshanks, Alison McGill
B. Jenny Selman, Maya Stone, Katie Jones, Kerry Gibson
C. (V40) Louise Provan, Innes Bracegirdle, Jocelyn Scott.

If anyone else would still like to run, we do have space for a fourth team (senior or masters), even if incomplete, so it's not too late to get involved.

The Senior Men's Teams - last minute changes

Unfortunately both Sam Fernando and Owen Miller are now no longer able to participate. However, Derek Rae is willing to run, therefore, the "A" team now consists of:-

Derek Rae, Tristan Rees, Simon Anetts and Logan Rees

The Master's Over 50 team can remain as: Alan Gibson, Colin Brown and David Cowan.

Unfortunately, we now have only Steven Pennycook and Rick Booth, but both can run in an incomplete team.

Alternatively, we can draft either Steven or Rick into the second group making it a four-man vets team. I'll leave it to your discretion on the day.

Steven Pennycook has agreed to team manage the Senior Men on the day so he will declare the teams and collect the numbers.
