Would you like to learn to pole vault?? Here is your chance! One of our new coaches, Stewart Seale, is keen to develop a Fife AC pole vaulting group based in Glenrothes. However, pole vaulting outside In January isn't appealing so Stewart is working with the Pitreavie pole vault coach at the indoor area there to develop a group of vaulters for both clubs. Here's Stewart's information about the training:

Pole vault coaching, all levels from complete beginners to experienced vaulters,
Thursdays, 6-8.30pm at Pitreavie Indoor Athletics Centre, Dunfermline.
Excellent warm dry facilities, Tartan run-up, plenty carbon poles, 2 landing areas, 2 coaches.
There will also be a Pitreavie vault session most Saturday mornings from 10am, confirmed weekly on Thursday pms.
