Bob Stark

Unread post by Graham Bennison »

After a few days away I have returned home to learn that Bob Stark of Falkland passed away on Friday evening.
I had only visited Bob last weekend, he was cheerful despite his three year long battle with cancer. He chatted about his many half marathons and wanted to know all the latest club news.
Bob was a loyal Fife AC member for many years, a highly respected training partner on Tuesday evenings at Cupar and a dear friend.

Thoughts and prayers go out to Margaret and her family.

I'm so sorry, what a wonderful man. He'll be greatly missed by very many people. Love to his family.

I'm really sorry to hear this. Bob was part of that group of V70's that I have always respected. He was a great bloke also and it's sad that we won't be seeing him around anymore. My thoughts go out to his friends and family.
