Race Date Changes
The date of 29th April was set for Strathkinness-Blebocraigs before we knew the date of the Scottish 5K Champs. The obvious change to avoid this clash is to move it back by a week. However, Strathkinness hall is unavailable on 6th May due to the election the next day. Therefore we have settled on swapping Strath-Blebo with the St Andrews 5K. The resulting new dates are:

... and as a result of those changes, there is a clash with the Dumyat Dash on 6th May, which was a nominated hill race for the FAC 40th Anniversary Grand Prix. With apologies to Dumyat, therefore, we have dropped it from the Grand Prix and replaced it with the Lomies Falkland Hill race, on 20th June.
