Double Gold For John At Scottish Masters Indoor's

John Thomson, Scottish Athletics 2014 Masters Athlete of the year & Kingdom FM Sports Person of 2014 took double MV55 Gold! in the Scottish Masters Indoor Championships at the Emirates arena today! Getting some speed work in over shorter distances than his usual event the 1500m, taking the 400m 62.44 & 800m 2:17.32. :clap:

Two impressive runs by 2012 Scottish MV45 5000M Champion Daniel Newman, in the very competitive MV45 800m & 1500m - 5th 2:19.30 & 4th 4:52.46. :clap:
