The 4th in the Nightmare Series will be a 4 mile along and back course from the West End of West Wemyss to the East End of East Wemyss and then back to the West End of West Wemyss. It will follow the coastal path which is both tarmac and trail. Junctions will be marked with flour arrows. You will need a torch to light your way and a stop watch to take your own time should the highly sophisticated chap timing device fail. Queue up wearing much clothing so as not to get too cold at registration from 6.45pm-ish. Pay £1 entry fee which will go to charity. Write a number on your hand so you can shout it at the timekeeper when you finish. These events are fun and interesting and open to all abilities and nearly all age groups. Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult.
