Falkland Trail Runners use the village hall on Thursdays 6.30 to 7.30 so the car park will probably be busy.

I'm running the Benidorm 10K at the end of Nov. There are about 10 of us going at present some from FAC and others from local running clubs.
If anyone would like to come along for the weekend please post here or speak to me at training/race etc.

The year I completed my 100th HM was also the year I completed a 100 races for the first time ( I like that). A lot were Parkruns, and after falling in June and injuring my knee I didn't think I would be anywhere near this total. Here's my final list for 2016.......... Sat 5 Nov Kirkcaldy Park Run 8...
