Conditions were very good and several course records tumbled.

Hi everyone, Covid has knocked out a few volunteers, so if anyone else is available for marshalling duties, I'd be very grateful to hear from you. Marshalls will need to be in place from midday until about 1.30pm. Please let me know on this thread or by email at rdr1@st-andrews.ac.uk

After cancellation these past two years, its is great that the Scottish Junior Hill Running Championships are back on for 2022, and FAC have been invited to host the event. We will be using the established course at East Lomond, on Sunday 1st May. There will be races from all age categories up to U2...

Hi everyone,
a date for your diary - Saturday 14 May 2022, Normans Law hill race at Luthrie. Fingers crossed we will be back to the traditional format, with a junior race beforehand, then the NL race, then cake.

Thanks to everyone who has signed up for the race tomorrow. The village hall at Luthrie will be open from 5.30pm, and you will find your race numbers there, as per the following list. The race will start at 6.15pm (about 200m from the hall) and follow the usual 7km route, which will be marked. Sorry...

With thanks for the nudge about sunset hours that day, I think it would be best not to insist on head torches, but to start earlier. I think 6.15pm might be a reasonable compromise.
