Hi Guys,
I'd like to join you for the club XC Champs if weather allows (this week in Nairn we had -8degrees C one day and +16degrees C the next - a 24 degree difference in 24 hours so never know what to expect!) Seriously old category please...

Yes, Ron, Graham competes a lot up here in local races as he's a doctor in Inverness. Often has a run-in with John Newsom who ran against the Fifers a lot in their younger days but now lives in Nairn.

Hi Folks, Lesley is right - aqua jogging belts are a very useful tool whether recovering from injury, cross- training or whatever, and it's great that the club now have some for their own use.
